Saw your tags on a recent post… Now I’m painfully curious.

What are mimbles hygiene/grooming habits? Does he have a favorite soap scent? How about when out on an adventure? And, what inspired it all… Eyebrow tweezing?

And THEN… Favorite type of socks? fluffy ones? tall ones? Does he sleep with socks? How would he react to getting socks for starlight?

Apologies for my silly tagging, I was just trying to think of an example of something random and trivial and daft. But of course I shall be delighted to answer your questions. After all there is nothing wrong with being random, trivial or daft (I am frequently all of these things).

Mimble is fastidiously hygienic and hates getting dirty or sweaty, especially if there is very little possibility of a hot bath in the near future. Mimble likes hot baths, preferably with lots of bubbles and a loofah, and is not massively keen on roughing it during adventures involving camping out under the stars or fending for himself in the wilderness.

As with a lot of things, Mimble does tend to "put it on a bit" when it comes to getting grubby or frequenting unsanitary locales, and indulges in as much theatrical grumbling as he can get away with. In reality, when circumstances dictate, he will put such considerations aside, such as when journeying to Dravania with Alphinaud or treating the illnesses of street children in Ul'dah.

However, when left to his own devices, Mimble is very keen on grooming and personal care. He has various favourite soaps (people sometimes bring him some back from their travels). At the moment he is quite enjoying some Lemon and Perilla Soap that Tataru gave him - lemon always smells particularly clean in Mimble's view.

When out travelling, especially in places with uncertain lodging arrangements, Mimble always makes sure to keep a supply of soap and washing paraphernalia. At the very minimum he will have nail scissors, tweezers (for ensuring his eyebrows are shaped nicely), a hand mirror, spare soap, tooth powder, face razor, tissues and a cloth. On the occasions when he has had to perform his ablutions out in the wild, under a waterfall or in a stream, he will ensure his privacy by singing, or at least threatening to do so. Mimble's singing is unfortunately (or in this instance, fortunately) so absolutely terrible that it not only keeps away his companions, but also discourages bandits and scares away wild animals.

Mimble is tremendously fond of socks. Especially fluffy warm ones for wearing when tramping around Ishgard or the Azim Steppe. He does have lighter cotton ones for wearing with suits or his normal everyday attire (which is usually some variation of a suit, because Mimble is like that). He will happily wear fluffy lambs wool socks to bed when staying in Ishgard or other chillier locations, but will forgo them when sleeping in Thavnair or Kugane.

Mimble would be delighted to receive socks for a Starlight gift. Being a gentleman, he would be appreciative of whatever gift he was given, but socks are always useful. Probably best to check the size though - he did once accidentally purchase some thick winter knee socks, designed for the fuller figured Roegadyn customer, under the misapprehension that they were a pair of Lalafellin sleeping bags.

The last thing you’d want to being doing while going through a break-up, is walking into this building and putting more energy, which you don’t have, into pretending like you’re okay.

When you’re in fact not.

You have to deal with a raging hangover, because you thought it would be a great idea to drown your misery with some alcohol. All night long. loneliness has its gross skinny little fingers around you.

This break-up is fucking you up sideways. If not in all ways.

‘’what happened to you?’’ your head throbs harder at the sound of that heavy voice.

‘’what do you want?’’ you murmur out and your fingers get to work with rubbing your temples.

‘’i wanna know what happened to you?’’ you know his question is far from caring or interested in your well being.

Your tiny office feels more claustrophobic with the way he just seems to hover over.

‘’look hoseok, I’m a little out of it today’’ you don’t even stare at him ‘’so i can’t provide you with any witty comeback, sorry’’

For a split, single particle of light second; he feels bad for you. But then he remembers:

‘’whether you’re in or out of it, you’ve got work.’’ He slaps a file on your table ‘’get working’’

You know hoseok is one of your headaches and he always proves how he’s so great at it.

You stare at your desk as your head pounds with another problem.

You’ve stayed so long at this desk you can draw every inch of it from memory. And you’d be a master at adding the little cracks, dents and scratch details. Plus every memory of hoseok’s nagging witty remarks linger in this office area everymoment.

You really want a new office. And you day when you do get one, you’ll make sure hoseok never visits it and contaminates it with his presence.

Urgh

You groan as you pick up the file he’s just given you. This headache’s probably gonna kill you before you get a chance to.

‘’well, well well’’ jungkook rolls his eyes ‘’look who decided to come to work today’’

‘’good morning Isabel, you didn’t have to do all this but i appreciate the warm welcome’’ jungkook spits out sarcastically in a sing-song voice.

Isabel scoffs.

‘’is your mother feeling better now?’’

‘’what are you talking- oh’’ jungkook catches himself, but it’s too late.

‘’oh my gosh i knew it’’ she declares ‘’you’re such a liar’’ she lets out a soft chuckle.

‘’i knew you weren’t asking for a day off cause your mother was sick’’

‘’how could you have known that’’ jungkook says taking off his shirt and Isabel can’t help but ogle.

‘’i just know’’ she folds her arms over her chest, her long straight hair getting caught in her arms.

‘’why didn’t you tell me you needed a day off, you don’t have to lie’’ she stops herself from licking her lip in fear of ruining her red lips.

‘’you know i can do that for you’’

Jungkook grins as he pulls up his work suit pants. It would’ve been uncomfortable if jungkook wasn’t used to Isabel being around while he got dressed. He secretly believes she does it on purpose to be in the dressing room when he’s getting dressed.

‘’well i did cause a friend needed me, i doubt those grounds stand for a day off’’ he finally just says it knowing she won’t do anything about it.

She hums ‘’which friend?’’

‘’does it matter?’’ he throws a white tee over his head.

It doesn’t, but she just wanted to know if her thoughts are right.

‘’YN’’

She only hums, her perfectly tweezed eyebrows rising. He can’t decipher what the meaning of it but it doesn’t matter. She’s heard your name from him but never seen you, he talks so fondly of you she’s just so curious to meet you.

‘’okay then get to work making up for the day you missed. A client’s coming in with his car’’

Jungkook already knows cause said client called him a million times to find out where he was.

‘’so about asking for a day off...’’ jungkook puts on his best charming smile.

‘’it’s not gonna happen jeon’’ she turns to walk away. But not without biting her inner cheek, if she was staring at jungkook she would fold.

‘’what happened to the ‘you know i can do that for you’ ‘’ she blushes.

‘’it’s never gonna happen. Not today at least’’ she whispers the last part.

Jungkook laughs and licks his lips as he watches her walk away. Sometimes it was fun coming to work.

‘’and that’s why this model’s perfect for you and your family’’ you walk around the car to the open door. ‘’you can place up to three car seats in the back’’ you stretch you arm to point and direct your client’s eyes to where you want them to be.

You stare at her blank face and you know she’s not convinced. But that’s your job; to convince and sale.

‘’if you’re worried about clean up, the interior material is one; even liquids. vacuum away from clean and the seats are wipeable’’

‘’actually the carpet, does not stain’’ you add.

‘’oh that’s really nice, cause my kids are messy when it comes to food.’’ She laughs and you laugh as well.

Most of the time you laugh only because you have to. You hear the same things every day and speak to the same type of people everyday. You know every type of person that walks through those glass doors.

‘’i think I’ve heard enough, I’m convinced’’

‘’i’ll take the car’’ those words are like music to your ears and medicine for your headache.

‘’Great, then let me just get the papers ready’’

This was one of the reasons you liked and preferred to work with women, they’re are easy to convince when it comes to buying a car and are great listeners to what you say. Unlike men who just want to argue and question your knowledge on cars. It always makes you laugh when you see them try and show you that they know more than you (not that they do, you’ll always one-up them)

And in all fairness women loved to work with you cause they know they can trust a woman. And men only want to work with you to put you down and ogle at you.

Even hoseok knew this and that’s why he always gives you female clients. You’re shocked he doesn’t give you only males just to piss you off. If you never knew him well you’d think he had a heart.

You’re walking back to your desk when you see hoseok approach you from the corner of you eye.

‘’You don’t need to worry i sold the car’’ you say not stopping in your tracks.

‘’im not worried i knew you would’’

You pause.

‘’is that a compliment Mr Jung’’

He doesn’t respond but that doesn’t stop you from swimming in his rarely spoken compliments.

‘’what do you want? it’s lunch time’’ you go back to your bickering tone.

He stares at his watch.

‘’are you having your lunch from outside of the office’’

‘’yeah, why?’’ you pick up your purse. He knows you always have lunch from outside of the office, so why is he asking.

‘’i have a very important client to give you’’

You really wanna go out and have lunch, cause even though it doesn’t seem like it you still have a headache. But if hoseok said he had an important client for you, then he did.

You honestly need important clients right now.

‘’can it wait for after lunch’’

Hoseok let’s out a bitter chuckle.

‘’this client doesn’t live in Seoul. So he doesn’t have the time to wait’’

He? Ugh.

Who is he for hoseok to be kissing up to him so bad.

‘’if you really want that promotion as bad as you say you do, you’re gonna take him nooow.” He drags out the last word.

He says it so eagerly that now you have to rethink your lunch routine.

Lunchtime is the main time you get in the week to actually see jungkook, since you’re both so busy. It’s like a little routine you both have; helps you spend more time together.

But now you have to reconsider it. jungkook would understand though, since you’ve got a promotion on the line.

‘’yn? Do you want this or not. If not i can-‘’ hoseok presses but a deep hallow voice steps in.

‘’hoseok let her go for lunch, i can wait’’

You both turn and your eyes are met with the most glorious figure of a man you’ve ever seen.

Tall, beefy and muscular. When you stare at hoseok, in question, you can swear he’s ogling too.

Wouldn’t blame him so are you. This man is fine.

‘’Namjoon, you don’t have t-‘’

‘’please, i can move my flight. Let her have lunch’’ your eyes meet as he ends his sentence. You skedaddle your gaze to another part of the room, avoiding his eyes. and your teeth immediately meet your inner upper lip.

You’re not the best at eye contact, it makes you nervous cause it feels like the person can see all the little things you’re keeping secret.

Namjoon smirks as he walks out, ‘’I’ll be waiting when you get back’’

Hoseok doesn’t say or look at you before he’s out too.

‘’fuck inishiwekfuoaovw’’

You furrow your brows at a jungkook stuffing his face.

‘’what the fuck are you saying’’ you chuckle out.

He swallows.

‘’ i said, i’ve been thinking this the whole day’’ you wouldn’t have guessed that’s what he was saying.

‘’ i assume you’re talking about your lunch’’ you take a bite of your own, your eyes on jungkook as he lifts his gaze.

If you finish this meal it would be the first full meal you’ve eaten since yunho.

‘’i mean i’ve been thinking about lunch with you too’’ he stares at you from under his eyelashes with wide eyes.

You can't help but smile.

You give him a once-over and can tell by his tan skin he’s been in the sun.

‘’did you carry your sunscreen?’’

He gasps ‘’shit, i forgot. Is my tan obvious” you give him a yes-no nod.

‘’but it looks good’’ you mumble out.

‘’you like it?’’ he lowers his eyes at you and gives you a cheeky smile.

‘’i mean i don’t hate it.’’ Your eyes run across his skin, jungkook can feel your eyes on his skin.

You release a cough, to reset the air. You like it, you won’t say to not give him a bigger head.

‘’i think i should get going’’ jungkook furrows his brows at you then over at your plate.

‘’you haven’t finished your food though ’’ he warns.

‘’i have someone waiting for me at the office, so-‘’ you dare to explain.

‘’-so they can wait until you finish your food. Plus you still have time to eat’’ he points to the clock in the restaurant. You’ve only been here for fifteen minutes.

‘’kook it’s an important client’’ you whine.

‘’and i understand that, but i know you haven’t been eating’’ jungkook sits back in his chair. You have no argument to give, you both know that he’s right. So, you stay silent.

‘’have you?’’ he questions even though he knows he’s right.

‘’jungkook that’s not the point’’ you roll your eyes.

‘’sit down and eat’’ he demands, ’’please’’ he pleads.

You can’t say no, especially with his pleading doe eyes. So you sit and try to finish your food.

You know that he’s doing this cause he cares about you and wants to make sure you’re doing well. But it makes it just much harder to wallow in your misery when he’s baby-ing you

‘’what’s so important about this client anyways’’ he goes back to stuffing his face, the taste of the food encapsulating his taste buds once more.

You hear jungkook speak over your internal turmoil about having to down this food.

‘’hoseok told me its a chance for me to up my chances on a promotion’’ you say informingly. When you actually put your mind to eating the scent of the food causes your stomach to growl. It's savoury taste makes you internally moan as you take it in. Food actually tastes good when you put your mind to it.

‘’Bunny that’s great” he cheers. “Why don’t you sound exciting though’’

You glare at him, ‘’cause you’re forcing me to eat.’’ You’re glad he made you made cause it taste like heaven.

‘’don’t be a baby.’’ He runs his teeth over he’s lower lip.

‘’im not being a baby’’ you mumble out as you pout and prove his point.

Jungkook doesn’t respond and instead watches you eat. His eyes soften at the sight of your cheeks stuffed with food. He knows there’s only so much he can do to help you get over yunho. But whatever he can do he will do, just to see that smile you have on your right now; many more times. He watches you look out the window, and the sun hits you beautifully. And he can’t help but gawk.

‘’what?’’ you smile at doe eyed jungkook, who can’t seem to move his gaze from you.

He shakes his head. ‘’nothing’’ he turns back to his food, the smile not leaving his face.

You roll your eyes. Jungkook’s smile would’ve widened if he saw that. He loves teasing you.

You both appreciate how your friendship has developed from you two avoiding each other and then finally finding comfort in each other’s presence. Jimin really had a tough time getting you two to talk, you’re behaving like two high schoolers he said in his own words. Yes you were but it was more like two high schoolers who’ve never even looked at each put on a class project. But now you’re eating lunch together because you can’t stop talking. You wouldn’t stop being friends with him for anyone.

‘’i forgot to tell you i found a date for you?’’

Jungkook groans at that. He’d hoped you’d forgotten, but you seem more determined than ever.

He gives you a displeased looked.

‘’don’t give me that’’

“if you want me to go on a date, then you’ll have to come watch me train” he declares proudly.

“in what? Boxing?” your brows draw together. Is he actually trying to get you to watching him box.

“Yeah” he hums out enthusiastically.

“Nope” you deadpan.

“Then I’m not going ”

You narrow your eyes at him and he gives you a mischievous smile.

“I’ll see.”

You Kissed the Clown? Part 6

As much as I wanted to reunify our beautiful clown captain with his lass in this chapter, it just didn't read quite right. I want nothing more than our sweet boy to join again with his queen once more; which I am aiming to do in the next chapter!

Under the brightly lit beams from the lamp atop the workbench, you began to use several tools to understand the task that was bestowed to you by Klahadore. You were hunched over, using several magnifying glasses lay atop each other in your left hand while tweezing and prodding the brass tips of the metal caps that were fixed to the tips of the black, cotton gloves.

You could feel the unnerving proximity of Klahadore as he continued to gauge your temperament as you undertook this task. You kept yourself distracted away from his attention as you continued setting to work of comprehending the inner workings of the potentially deadly weapons you were working on.

“Do you have any of the blades intact or will I be smithing them for you?” you uttered below your breath as you creased your brows. You heard the butler extend a stifled gasp in what you could only assume was surprise at your question.

“I have the blades,” he purred with a slight arrogance displayed in his tone. You nodded, placing the magnifying glasses down on top of the workbench and turning your body to bring your sights to him.

“I will need them if I am to reattach them, as per your request,” you stated, your voice unwavering in your declaration. He hummed and quirked his left eyebrow slightly up, a sinister smirk beginning to pull at the corner of his lips once more.

“I will retrieve them,” he uttered, bringing leaning slightly over to bring his face closer to yours and extending his gaze to the space behind you, “do you have an estimate on the amount of time you will need to apply them?”

You leant back into the back of the chair, finally allowing a small amount of nerve show over your features as you teeth began to shudder behind your closed lips. You took a moment to collect yourself before glaring at him through narrowed eyes.

“If they are in pristine condition,” you quirked your head to the side before continuing, “your sentimental item not intended for use will be repaired within the hour.”

He narrowed his eyes in turn, baring his sights directly into you. The increase in uneasy tension building between you kept your senses on edge. He reached behind his body and placed ten full-sized, weighted katana blades down with a rough clang; holding his hand over them and inched his body closer to yours. You inhaled a shaky breath through your nose, noticing he was pleased by the amount of unease he was bringing to you.

“Have it done in thirty minutes,” he whispered, his breath tickling against your lips as he held his uncomfortably intense gaze on your eyes. You assumed he was taunting you with his intimidating proximity, but you held your ground and continued to attempt to mask how truly rattled he made you.

“Yes, sir,” you said hastily before bringing your attention back to the workbench and hunching over the objects, assessing them for any damage before reaching for several items you required to successfully reattach them.

“Good,” Klahadore purred in praise before bringing his body away from yours and adjusting his uniform before bringing the palm of his hand up to fix his glasses further up his face. You twinged your head slightly to the side and allowed a displeased snarl momentarily extend your upper lip up in displeasure.

You heard him turn towards the door and pausing one last time before he proceeded to exit the room. Once you heard him turn the knob, open the door and exit the room, swiftly closing the door behind him and trail a light tap of retreating footprints did you finally allow the amount of emotion withheld from fear overcoming your body.

You gasped air through your parted lips slightly before rubbing your hands over your upper arms and smooth over your forearms to soothe over the bumped hair follicles raised as your uneasiness fully erupted from your body. You breathed out a shaking breath as you fully comprehended the danger you were truly in while thinking of the task you were attempting to undertake.

You pushed all uneasy thoughts form your mind by huffing out a firm breath and rolling your shoulders back and shaking your head.

“Just get it done,” you uttered to yourself, “you can do this. This is second nature to you.”

You panted out a breath and shook your hands to remove any prior tingles or apprehension from your movements.

“Thirty minutes,” you mocked Klahadore’s tone with a small huffed laugh, “I can get this done in fifteen.”

You scoffed slightly, raising a weighted blade into your hands after placing an iron poker into the naked flame on your counter. You twirled the poker against the flame and began singing to yourself a tune from your childhood. Your voice flittered lowly between notes absentmindedly as you brought the hot iron to join the hilt of the first katana to the brass tipped thumb of the glove; successfully angling it to attach with ease.

After attaching the first sword against the material, you managed to truly understand the materials you were working with. You learnt exactly how to master the fixture and one by one, you managed to complete your task with haste.

Slumping back into your seat, you wiped your brow with the back of your right hand and smoothed over your skin. Your strong beverage remained untouched, the condensation dripping down from the rim and leaving a circular watermark on the surface of the work bench. You decided against drinking from the glass, instead rising to your feet and retire to the guest suite where you assumed the crew awaited your return. You left the gloves in a neat pile atop the workbench alongside the untouched liquid and briskly made your way from the workroom, clicking the door closed behind you.

Silence befell the hallway as you ventured through the hall, your shadow dancing as you continued towards your room.

You found yourself completely and utterly alone, as your crew were yet to return to quarters to sleep through the night. Deciding to pay this fact no mind, you began to shed your fine clothes you borrowed from Ms Kaya and change into your sleep attire behind the screen.

You placed yourself beneath the sheets of the plush bed and scuttled your feet fully down the bed as you savoured the familiar feeling of resting in the security of a stationary bed, rather than a hammock rocking against the waves as they clashed with the hull of the small rigging you were travelling on. Immediately, exhaustion overcame you as you slipped into a peaceful slumber; blissfully unaware of the events about to transpire throughout the night.

Buggy fell back onto the hard floor, slipping into unconsciousness as a blow to the head issued by the fishman Kuroobi successfully incapacitated him. He awoke to find himself bound with his hands behind his back and a sandy hessian bag thrust over his head, shrouding his sights from his surroundings.

As the hood was suddenly pulled from his face, he began frantically searching the darkened arena for the figure who lifted the course material form his head. A blue-lit spotlight cascaded over his body, ensuring it to be nearly impossible to locate the newcomer. He decided to utilise his favourite coping mechanism to deal with this unnerving situation.

“Is this the best way to ask for an autograph?” he called into the room, continuing to dart his eyes between the convex walls of the circular tent, “I mean, sheesh! Fans have gotten so toxic!”

He paused a little, teetering laughter off in a small snicker before his tone turned serious; “alright, what do you want? Tickets to the show? I can get you house seats, they’re pricey.”

A large thud resounded within the hall, causing Buggy to gasp in shocked response. Large firm footprints pounded against the floor in a slow approach.

“Oh,” a voice growled in their approach, “I am no fan of yours.”

Buggy was immediately drawn to a figure appearing from within the shadows. The purple-skinned pirate lord, Arlong, bearing a sinister snarl with his lips protruding to reveal sharpened teeth bared in an intimidating manner. A low, guttural growl was again pulled from the mouth of Arlong as he continued to prowl over to the kneeling position Buggy was currently in.

“Arlong?” Buggy uttered in a hushed tone while widening his eyes in shock.

“I run things here in the east blue,” Arlong spurled in a low rumble, before raising his voice, “and I’m here to remind you of your place in the food chain.”

He leant his tall body over Buggy as he continued to gawk at the sword-nosed fishman, allowing an air of absolute terror overcome his features.

“You pull a job in my seas, you gotta pay tribute,” the fishman circled Buggy’s kneeling body as a predator would their innocent prey.

“Arlong, baby,” Buggy pleaded with a small laugh, “you don’t gotta worry about me! I’m small potatoes! Pirating is more of a side-gig.”

Arlong halted his prowl and clicked his tongue in disapproval at the explanation Buggy provided.

“Kuroobi tells me you ransacked Orange Town,” Arlong said, keeping his sights fixated on the kneeling clown.

“Ransacked?” Buggy laughed, “you should’ve seen the place before I got there, okay? It was a real fixer-upper.”

This comment prompted Arlong to place a firm grip on the scruff of his neck and bore himself down onto him with a threatening; “you bore me, clown.”

Arlong growled and proceeded to bring his teeth to sink his teeth into Buggy’s flesh, prompting the clown to let out several repetitions of pleading the word: “wait!”

His plea seemed to halt the extended teeth baring down unto Buggy’s exposed neck. Immediately his thoughts were brought to centralise around you as his life was threatened by the looming fishman above him. He couldn’t die here at the hands of another pirate in the here and now, he had plans. He needed to see you again; to inform you that he not only reciprocated your feelings of affection, but to show you exactly how much he truly cared for you. He wanted you in his arms. He wanted to remove his gloves from his hands and feel just how soft your hair truly was beneath his fingertips. He wanted to dance, holding your body flush against his own and twirl you in a beautiful poofy blue dress within the canvas walls of the big top tent. He needed you. He needed to get you away from your crew and spirit you away to be with him and only him. And at that thought, an idea came before his mind.

“You know who’s out there really disrespecting you?” Buggy searched the snarling face of the purple pirate before him, drawing his gaze into his beady and predatory eyes; “It’s the little rubber prick in the straw hat; goes by the name, Luffy.”

Arlong placed his wide grip now bracing against the larynx of the clown pirate, choking him with a firm hold.

“Never heard of him,” Arlong growled, successfully bringing further panic to the clown.

“He just knocked over a marine base in Shells Town,” Buggy spluttered, eyes remaining wide and fixated in fear on the hardened face before him, “and then he stole a map to the grand line, talking shit about finding the One-Piece.”

Arlong threw Buggy against the ground, releasing him from his firm grip. Buggy let in a large gasp, praising himself at his quick thinking. Hopefully his actions would allow him to “kill two stones with one bird,” as he was sure the saying went.

Arlong began a monologue, of which Buggy truly had no desire to engage with. He was frantically searching his mind for further quick-wittedness at enabling for him to look like the rescuing saviour in your eyes without having any harm come to you at the hands of the fishman tyrant before him.

“Listen, why don’t you let me live, and then I help you find Luffy?” he attempted to use an air of charisma to charm the fishman. This offer had the firm grasp again clasping the scruff of Buggy’s neck which he gasped again in both pain and fear.

“And how do you plan to do that?” Arlong said once bringing his face down to meet the gaze of Buggy with his sharp teeth again exposed in a snarl.

“I’ve got eyes and ears everywhere,” Buggy broadened his grin, laughing at the cruel in-joke he had with himself at the knowledge that his small ear was currently tucked within the bedsheets resting beneath the pillow you were currently sleeping against.

Arlong joined him in his laughter before promptly replacing the musky hessian sack over Buggy’s head before using a small blade to successfully carve his head from his body. “Bring the body,” Arlong directed to another member of his troop which promptly hoisted Buggy’s restrained form into the air and sauntered slowly behind Arlong.

Buggy gulped, swallowing down his neck as he came to terms with the fact that once he was brought before you again; he would not in fact be able to perform any of the beautiful moments he intended to share with you. He would just be an unnerving decapitated head, powerless to enact any of his desires as his body would not be joining him. He hoped he was still able to woo his queen without being able to humble all of himself to fall before her.

Lol I've been forcefully sent down memory lane, my friend sent me a pic from 2013 when we graduated with our social work degrees! I cropped out my classmates but this bitch! I have combined this knowledge with what I know about sex having so here we go. everything from here is me quoting myself:

Initial survey here suggests a pale pink for all of them....George and Ringo probably paler and more skin toned. John did have a phenomenon where his lips would get very raw and red when he worked up a sweat which makes sense, he's flushing because he's physically active. This is also a side effect of him being a redhead, they blush easily. From this we can also assume John's hole and genitalia would become heavily colored during sexual activity as well.

Paul its not as obvious (so him) but just from this photo I can assume baseline that he's naturally a soft pink yknow.... Maybe doesn't flush as dark as John.

1970s we're getting more color but less hi-def photos. Keeping it to John and Paul now. Still looking like a pale pink but Paul's lips/genitalia color is more vibrant now than John's.

1980s, Paul much the same, John is notably a bit more vibrant. I bet his dick still turns purple if you don't let him cum for an hour.

I'm doing all this from my phone so finding images is a little difficult, I'll call these findings preliminary. But from these I'm guess that Paul's hole and genitals trend towards a pale pink and flush a deeper pink during sexual activity. John's would be pale, probably only a shade or two darker than his original skintone and then he flushes a very deep and dark red during intercourse.

Still continuing on with social-muffin’s amazing KHR OC ask questions, this time for Bria! This girl is so easy for me to write, she flows off my fingertips every time I use her and it’s absolutely wonderful. I hope others will enjoy her just as much as I do!

What's your OCs name, pronouns and gender?

Her full name is Bria Marina Di Giore, and she goes by Bria. She’s never really had any nicknames, save for some mean-spirited ones, like ‘Little Miss Know It All’ which is still something Theo calls her when the two of them get into pretty serious squabbles. She’s a cisgender female who goes by she/her pronouns. When it comes to other’s gender expressions and chosen pronouns, Bria tries her best not to assume too much and to always respect them. Despite having called Theo by he/him for a lot of their childhood and having always thought of them as a boy during that time, when Theo made it clear that they thought that gender didn’t suit him and started requesting to be identified as they/them, Bria’s the only one, other than Luca, that really didn’t have an issue with it. In fact, she actually became extremely conscientious, almost overly so, with making sure that she didn’t accidentally mislabel Theo and was the first one to get upset when any of the others did, even if Theo themselves were very much like ‘nah, it’s cool, accidental slip, no big deal’.

What's their current age and what age do/did they get involved with the khr Canon?

During the course of the story, when Bria really comes into the KHR canon, she’s 16. But I don’t think she’s been 16 very long and she’s really aware of the fact that she’s reached that milestone. She suddenly feels like she should be very mature and more grown-up now that’s she’s reached that age. The other Guardians referring to her and Fonz as ‘old’ really bothers her instead of making her laugh, which is what it makes Fonz do. In the Future Arc, she’d be 26-27, and, like Luca, I’ve headcanoned her out into the far future, where she dies relatively young at 63 from a heart attack caused by the constant stress she puts herself under and unhealthy living habits she adopts in an effort to get everything done she feels she needs to.

What do they look like? Height, weight, unique physical features? (Drawings, Picrews, descriptions, all are welcome! Except AI art lmao)

The face claim I use for Bria is Suzume Iwato from Makato Shinkai. However, while I use it as a face claim, much like Luca, it’s not exact in how I envision her in my mind and is just the closest I can come. She’s got dark brown hair, which, during the summer months when she’s out in the direct sunlight for a long time, her hair tends to gain some reddish tones, almost highlights to it. She typically tends to wear it up in either a ponytail, a bun, or a crown braid. She has dark brown eyes as well and I actually think that as a kid, she kind of had really bushy eyebrows that were almost a monobrow. Once she reached her preteens, she became obsessive about tweezing her eyebrows and takes careful care with them, getting them to just the right thickness and shape.

She’s pretty average height, around 5’6, and there’s nothing particularly striking about her appearance. She’s slim and long-legged, and while she has some curves, they’re nothing major. She’s at best a B-cup and she doesn’t really have noticeably curvaceous hips or anything. The most noticeable thing about her is how she moves and holds herself. Her posture is…well, as close to perfect as she can get. She holds herself confidently, despite often feeling as far from confident as she can and though it makes her want to puke most times, she’s trained herself on how to make proper eye-contact during conversations. She’s also taught herself how much personal space should be expected and how to react as if others inside her personal space is not a big deal. When it comes to her movements, they’re swift and sure. She’s someone who moves with purpose, but always kind of comes off as if she’s in a little bit of a hurry as well.

Her main beauty point? She’s got an absolutely killer smile, though she doesn’t believe so. Her smile is slow-building and crooked, but it’s one of those types that just lights up the person’s face and makes you want to smile back.

Like everyone else in the next-gen Accardi’s, Bria has pierced ears but has no major piercings or tattoos other than that. She doesn’t really feel they’re ‘proper’, at least not for her. She does, however, have a noticeable scar, just below her bottom lip, that she gets embarrassed about, from a time as a kid that she put her upper teeth through her bottom lip when she fell face-first on a sidewalk.

What's your OCs relation to KHR? Are they someone's guardian, friend, subordinate, love interest? Or are they a family member of a canon character? If so, how are they related to that character?

Like all the rest of the Accardi Family, Bria comes into the KHR ‘verse as a next generation Accardi Guardian. Her mother, who is the only parent she has ever had, was Luca’s father’s Sun Guardian. Bria never had a particularly close relationship with her mother. Outside of subjecting her daughter to some harsh training and almost impossible expectations, her mother seemed to be bothered and burdened by Bria’s presence in her life. Maybe it was because of this that Bria bonded so strongly and so fiercely to the other children of the next generation. She was also really fond of Luca’s father and mother, who treated her almost like their own daughter. It was a major shock and betrayal, in Bria’s eyes, then, when her mother took an active role in the coup that killed Luca’s father.

She’s Luca’s right hand and between Bria and Theo, the driving force of a lot of the plans made. Luca might give some opinions, but Bria is one of the main people making things happen. She’s also one of the ones who are really keeping the next-generation Guardians all together, who is keeping the Family unit strong and united. She’s almost a motherly influence on the group and she works hard to keep everything running smoothly for them all. She plays mediator and peacekeeper during internal conflicts among the group.

On top of all that, she’s also the one who is the most supportive of Luca wanting to get to better know Tsuna and to trust Tsuna. While she does have serious doubts about Tsuna’s generation of the Vongola, she tries her best to keep an open mind, never voices any of those doubts, and always tries to find the positive things about Tsuna and his friends to point out to the others, just to diminish any doubts about Luca’s leadership choices. Maybe it’s because of this that, outside of Luca, she’s the first to start really building bonds with the Vongola.

What's your OCs flame/flames? If they have multiple, which flame is their strongest?

Bria doesn’t know why, but she does possess a Sky Flame. Since it’s canon that Flames do have some genetic component, she’s always theorized that her father must have had them. She can light, and use, other Flames as well, but nowhere near the point of her Sky Flame. While it does not rival Tsuna’s Sky Flame in its purity and concentration, it’s surprisingly clear and can pack quite a punch. Her secondary Rain Flame is of a lower quality but still on the purer side, while a third Mist Flame, which she has to actively concentrate and pour all her willpower into to light and successfully use, is very murky and not clear at all.

How does your OC use their flame? Strictly for combat, or more recreationally? Is flame use something instinctive to them, or do they have to direct their flame consciously?

In Bria’s mind, the Guardian’s possess the Flames they do only as tools to be of service to the Family. Because of this, she thinks of the Flames less as parts of herself and more as only weapons meant to be used for combat only. While she’s a threat in combat when using her Flame, this attitude does lead her to be a little easier to read in how she’ll use the Flames, as she lacks imagination in the forms and ways in which to use those Flames. Because of the attributes of her Flame type, she is working on fixing that flaw of hers by using her Flames in combination with those of the other Guardians to create combination attacks, something that, by the end of the story, she can at least manage to do at a decent enough level and, by the end of her life, is amazingly adept at, mastering a new fighting style through her work in that field.

Does your OC have a mafia family they are a part of? If so, what's their position in that Familia?

As mentioned above in question 4, Bria is the right hand of the next generation of the Accardi Family and, by the end of the story, the first Accardi Family Sky Guardian.

If your OC was a civillain what would their job be? Would they be happy with that job? Would they be good at it?

Bria would most want to work in a job where she could not only really help other people, but could put her unique skills and talents to the best use. Because of this, I do see her going to work as a receptionist/assistant in a mental health clinic. She always makes sure to treat the clients politely and to do something to brighten up their day while they’re there and her natural organizational skills and excellent memory make her well-suited for the job.

Do you have a voice actor picked out for your OC? If yes, why did you pick this voice actor? (If someone talked with your oc, what would they notice about their voice?)

I don’t really think I have one firmly picked out for Bria, but I think the closest I could come to a good voice actress for her would probably be Kat Dennings. She just has one of those really distinctive voices that you can kind of recognize anywhere. She speaks pretty quickly and her voice tends to give away more than her expression does, even when she’s trying her best to sound as professional and dignified as she can be. She’s prone to humming while doing small things, like researching, chores, or things along those lines.

Last question! What's your OCs current fashion style? And what's their dream style? Are they close?

Bria’s style is quite modest. She doesn’t like to wear anything that has a lot of skin showing. She’d be fine with a school uniform, and would openly welcome it in fact. She likes not having to think so hard about what to wear. On her own, she tends to prefer skirts or shorts to long pants, wanting to show off her better physical assets, which she thinks her legs are. Her style tends to skew more dark academia, with darker or muted colours, vintage or vintage inspired clothing, leather and tweed, cardigans, and the like. She doesn’t wear a lot of accessories and those she wears are minimal – simple studs or very small hoops in her ears, delicate jewelry, wire-rimmed reading glasses when needed. She accentuates with a ‘no makeup’ makeup look that she’s perfected and never skips. She really pushes herself to high standards and is neurotic about always looking perfectly put-together and like someone others should take seriously.
